What is digital planning?

Believe it or not, digital planning is very similar to paper planning. The only difference is you're planning on a device such as an iPad. Digital planners are interactive PDFs that have hyperlinked tabs which allow you to navigate through your planner effortlessly. You markup your planner by using an annotating app such as Goodnotes, Notability, Xodo, Zoomnotes, etc. 

Which planner should I choose?

We know that choosing a planner can be very overwhelming. Here are some things that we think you should take into consideration when choosing a planner.

1. How do you normally hold your iPad (horizontally or vertically)?
2. Will you be planning weekly, daily, or monthly? (we offer weekly only planners as well)

What apps are supported?

DGPDesignsCo digital planners, journals, and inserts are designed and tested using Goodnotes on iPad. While our digital products may also work with other PDF annotation apps, all tutorials, walkthroughs, and app-specific technical support provided by DGPDesignsCo are based on Goodnotes on iPad.

If you choose to use another app, such as FreeNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, or a similar PDF annotation app, features and functionality may vary. Please refer to your chosen app’s tutorials or support resources for assistance with app-specific features, including importing files, split screen, hyperlinks, stickers, and navigation.

I’m always happy to assist with questions or issues related to your DGPDesignsCo files. However, one-on-one video calls, FaceTime support, and troubleshooting of third-party apps are not included with your purchase.

Can I use these planners on Android?

Yes! Our planners work with many Android note-taking apps that support interactive PDF planners, such as Noteshelf, Penly, Flexcil, Jnotes, Xodo, and ZoomNotes (compatibility varies by app).

Please note that all video tutorials are currently demonstrated using Goodnotes on iPad. Since Android devices use different apps and each app has its own import process and features, I am unable to provide tutorials for every Android device.

Before purchasing, I recommend downloading my free digital journal to test it with your preferred Android app. This is the best way to confirm that hyperlinks, tabs, and your workflow work as expected on your specific device.

Do you provide Android tutorials?

At this time, my tutorials focus on Goodnotes for iPad. Because there are many different Android tablets and note-taking apps, I cannot guarantee the same setup process across every device. If you’re using Android, I recommend searching for tutorials specific to your note-taking app (such as Penly, Noteshelf, Flexcil, or Xodo), as the import process is different for each app.

What is the refund policy?

Because these are digital downloads, we are sorry to inform you that we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. We advise that you read the full description of each product before purchasing! If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
